TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 The App is intended for personal educational use by individuals worldwide.

1.2 Users under the age of 18 must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising and monitoring a minor's use of the App.

1.4 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.1 Access to the App requires authentication using Google Login.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and use.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

2.4 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

2.5 You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3.1 The App currently provides free features.

3.2 Subscription features may be introduced in the future.

3.3 If subscriptions are introduced, payments will be processed exclusively through platform billing providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3.4 We do not collect, process, or store payment card or billing information.

3.5 Subscription pricing, features, and availability may change from time to time.

3.6 Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable platform provider's billing policies.

3.7 By purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with the billing terms of the applicable platform provider.

4.1 The App is provided solely for Quran recitation practice, automated scoring, and personal educational purposes.

4.2 You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

6.1 The App provides automated recitation scoring and pronunciation error identification.

6.2 Scoring results are generated automatically and may not be fully accurate.

6.3 Audio recordings submitted for scoring are processed temporarily.

6.4 Audio recordings are automatically deleted after processing and are not stored, retained, or reused.

6.5 The App does not provide religious rulings, certification, or professional instruction.

7.1 The App processes personal data including name, email address, date of birth, gender, and recitation progress records.

7.2 Personal data is processed securely and in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

7.3 The Privacy Notice forms an integral part of these Terms.

8.1 The App relies on third party service providers, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and platform providers such as Google and Apple.

8.2 These providers support the operation and functionality of the App.

8.3 We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or service limitations caused by third party providers.

9.1 The App may include Quran text, recitations, translations, or related materials obtained from third party content providers.

9.2 Such content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners or licensors.

9.3 We do not claim ownership of Quran content provided by third parties.

9.4 While we take reasonable steps to use reliable sources, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of third party content.

9.5 We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or changes originating from third party content providers.

9.6 Quran content is provided solely for personal educational use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without appropriate permission.

10.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Tazrah Digital Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use.

10.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11.2 You may delete your account at any time through the App.

11.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error free operation.

12.3 Automated scoring is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

12.4 Location Based Features

Certain features of the App, including but not limited to prayer times, Qibla direction, and nearby mosque information, rely on your device's location data and external data sources.

The accuracy and availability of such features depend on various factors beyond our control, including device settings, location services, sensors, network connectivity, and third party data providers. Accordingly, Tazrah Digital Sdn. Bhd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location based information.

These features are provided for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tazrah Digital Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from inaccuracies, delays, or unavailability of location based features.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazrah Digital Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

13.2 Your use of the App is at your own risk.

14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.

14.2 Updated versions will be published within the App.

14.3 Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tazrah Digital Sdn. Bhd. operates.

15.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
